fine views and attentive staff
attentive staff housekeeping facilities hotel information
i found the staff very attentive and kind. our room had housekeeping facilities and complimentary bottles of drinking water every day. i booked a day trip to phi phi island through the hotel information counter (it was such a great time).
the kettle in my room was faulty. i also had issues with the shower, it wasn't working well. i noticed ants as well.

faulty shower leaking toilet
The pool was acceptable.
The shower wouldn't drain properly, and the toilet leaked the entire stay. Rooms also weren't refreshed until 4pm some days, a frustrating inconvenience.

the executive ocean view offered fine views i watched boats drift across the sea from my balcony the infinity pool provided a refreshing escape it seemed like swimming in the sky.
the gym equipment showed a little wear despite being functional

relaxing stay with golf cart service
amazing view helpful staff golf cart
the balcony was nice for reading in the morning. i was able to watch a thunderstorm from my bed one night. every staff member i encountered was helpful. the golf cart service to our room at the top of the hotel was beneficial.
The toilet flush was a bit shaky and seemed like it could break. The hotel should address this.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. a day bed was on the balcony. It was great. there were two sinks. This made getting ready much easier.

The staff at reception was very helpful. They provided directions. buggy drivers were always available. They drove us around the hotel quickly. the staff was friendly and courteous.

The infinity pool featured a swim-up bar. It seemed popular with guests. the hotel is located on a hill and the views are great. the hotel is close to the beach. This makes it easy to walk.

excellent hotel stay
buggy service spacious room
The pool facilities were great. The use of the buggy service around the hotel proved very convenient. i found it easy to get to and from my room. rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a great bathroom with good shower space.
The kettle in the room smelled bad. I had to pour water for tea. the smell.

i noticed affordable meal options right in the hotel area. there are also many restaurants and stores located just a short distance from the hotel. this made dining convenient and varied.

The front office staff impressed me with their helpfulness. they also provided prompt service upon request. i must mention the spa. It provided an excellent experience, i think.
